2011 Queen of the Chesapeake - Courtney Reed

As Commodore of the Red Eye Yacht Club, it is an honor and privilege for me to announce that our very own REYC Princess, Courtney Reed, won the "Queen of the Chesapeake Pageant" held at Maryland Yacht Club yesterday [June 5, 2011], and will serve the yachting community in that capacity for the upcoming year. Courtney's performance in the Pageant was totally amazing, and gave her the much needed edge over the very stiff field of other Princesses competing against her. Please join me in wishing her much success in her new role as "Queen of the Chesapeake". In addition, I would like to thank everyone that was able to come to Maryland YC to cheer Courtney on, as well as those members and guests that were awaiting our "Royal Fleet" to return home to REYC.
